“The Paso Robles Inn’s Steakhouse Offers Healthy Meals”

Paso Robles attracts visitors as central California’s wine country getaway. They boast of having over 270 wineries within a 15-mile radius and 400 within 100-miles. Wine tasting is available at many restaurants, cocktail lounges and wineries. 

Paso Robles’ charming historic downtown is reminiscent of “small-town America”.  Visit the Paso Robles Inn’s historic buildings and see the murals in the lobby.

Kevin Highland, General Manager/ Food and Beverage Director of the Steakhouse Restaurant, discussed the Paso Robles Inn’s menu.

“Our Santa Maria barbeque consists of a 10-ounce tritip steak, ranch beans, grilled garlic bread and salsa. Santa Maria-style barbeque is a part of the local lifestyle. Since this is an agricultural area, every Saturday the nearby town of Santa Maria offers street barbeque, family style. 

Another favorite originating in the Santa Maria valley, the 10-ounce bites of tritip steak appetizer. The cook prepares the steak bites in large cubes skewered on large toothpicks. The steak bites are in the top sirloin family and originated in the Santa Maria valley.   

We serve USDA Choice Midwestern beef 100% corn-fed to heighten its tenderness with marbling to intensify the flavor. All beef is aged on the property and hand cut by the chef. 

The menu appeals to everyone and includes more than just steaks.

Even our comfort food is different. The chef folds the macaroni and cheese with Australian lobster, truffles and white truffle oil topped with parmesan cheese.

For a fireside breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Paso Robles Inn’s Steakhouse setting is romantic.

Produce grows all year in central California. In the summer and spring, they deliver the produce direct from the fields to the restaurant the same day, every day. Seafood arrives six days a week. That is fresh. 

Most of our food is organic or sustainable. We grow our produce on the property. Most of the food is organic with no pesticides. We buy the most natural products from local farms and meat without hormones or steroids.
