Multi-Award Winning Film and Television Actress Eva Longoria's newest joint enterprise with Tilman Fertitta (President, CEO and sole shareholder of Landry's, Inc.) is the fabulous She by Morton's boutique steakhouse and theatrical nightclub.

To understand how SHe by Morton's is so different in style and in concept, I interviewed Tilman Fertitta. "In Las Vegas we get to do things a little different. The SHe concept mixes a little entertainment, music, good food and service. It is all about entertainment and they all work well together in Las Vegas."

People appreciate receiving more when they go out and SHe offers everything at one place.

This was a star-studded evening of well-known celebs, sports personalities, a former politician, and even a retired astronaut.

Some of the VIP's were Gabriele Giffords (former US House of Representatives), retired Astronaut Mark Kelly, Shannon DuPont (EPIC), Cory McCormack (EPIC), Steve Gogolab (EPIC), The Bachelor Jake Pavelka, Impressionist Gordy Brown,  Ricardo Laguna, Taylor Dayne, Kris Guthrie (Landry's VP Marketing), Tishara Cousino, Astronaut Scott Kelly, Amiko, Michelle Mulligan (Editor, Cosmopolitan Magazine for Latinas), Vince Neill, and too many more to mention.

Wearing a tight fitting dress designed with small triangular off-the-shoulder straps, Eva joined Tilman and their guests to enjoy steaks at the restaurant then the party moved upstairs to the nightclub for a James Bond vignette and the laser/DJ performance by Mobius 8 filled with special effects and streaking lights.

There are many surprises as the entertainment keeps changing throughout the entire venue. This ensures a unique experience unmatched anywhere in Las Vegas.

Guests are situated amongst tiered seating, creating the illusion of participating in the interactive show, which features some of the world's most talented performers.

The large nightclub was filled with guests donning masks for the celebration.

The concept "Upstairs SHe we will continue to reinvent itself by offering our guests the next thing in nightlife entertainment where we introduce the current club culture to the global world of entertainment.

It's the imaginative product of EPIC Entertainment Group. You will be situated amongst tiered seating, creating the illusion that you are part of the show."

Eva is known for her starring roles in the ABC television series "Desperate Housewives", CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless (2001-2003), and films.

In the 2000s, Longoria appeared in several high-profile advertising campaigns and numerous men's magazines, reaching No. 14 in the FHM "Sexiest Women 2008" poll, and appearing on the cover of various international women's magazines including Vogue, Marie Claire and Harper's Bazaar

For information, call 254-2376.  SHe by Morton's is located in Crystals at CityCenter, 3720 Las Vegas Boulevard South, site of Eve's previous restaurant and club- Beso.
